Getting the
Most out of your Team
The most well designed and user friendly program in the world
will make your team neither effective nor efficient if the team
does not know how to make the most of the system. The Client
Service staff at Telmar are working hard to make sure that each
new client and user understand and know the capabilities of
the planning system that they are working with.
We provide scheduled and by appointment training classes
at no charge in our Telmar offices. Call us for details or

When the Service team receives news that a new client is
coming on board, and it happens often, we review all the needs
of the new client to determine best process for the training
of their technical staff along with the end users of the product.
We have several packaged training options but are happy to
create a custom training plan for you.
Our technical staff speak with clients' IT department to
identify needs specific to their computer configuration, while
our Client Service and Training staff work with the client
to set up a training schedule that fits their needs.
Your Place or Mine?
Telmar is always pleased to work out a timetable to
train your employees at our office or on-site at your location
if you can't spare employee time off-site. Whether 1,2 or
5 training sessions are required, our staff will ensure that
all your employees are knowledgeable and comfortable with
the Telmar services and can use them effectively at their
desks when their training is completed."
Our support does not end upon completion of training. A
large part of the Telmar media planning systems is the continuing
and unlimited training and support we provide our clients.
We continually, and pro actively, speak with our clients about
their needs and requirements. When a client adds or replaces
staff, we work with their manager to set up training for the
new members of your team, ensuring that they are productive
and effective as soon as possible.
Efficiency Studies
The Telmar Client Service team has initiated a popular
new "efficiency study" initiative with our clients. Through
our ongoing contact with our clients we occasionally discover
that although the Telmar systems are being used, they are
not being utilized to their full potential. Our initiative
is to work with the staff at your office to determine the
present level of utilization efficiency and then in consultation
with the manager in charge, we tailor an education plan to
meet your needs.
Tailoring efforts can be as simple as setting up a few refresher
courses for client staff or it can include a re-evaluation
of the tools they have and recommendations for change to make
their team more productive. This initiative receives the gratitude
of our agency clients who will frequently put on a big push
for training between "projects".
The Telmar Service Team strives to be in sync with the needs
of our clients. Through regular meetings, feedback and training
sessions, we continually learn more about your workflow and
the challenges that face users of our systems. By working
with our clients, we are able to continually improve our systems
to provide better tools, ones that fit your needs best.
