Here at Telmar, we always try to establish an excellent working relationship with each and every one of our clients. Providing a high level of client service is as important to us as developing our innovative computer systems. Below is a list of the services we provide:

Telephone Support
Staffed by a dedicated team of media research specialists, our telephone helpline is open to take your calls from 9am until 8pm (EST) every weekday. Whether your question is about a particular program, an industry survey, or a medium in general, we are here to offer advice and support.

Training
We provide training on all Telmar software (introductory and advanced). Weekly training sessions are held in our New York headquarters. These small group trainings are 100% hands on with each student in the class using their own PC. On-site training visits can also be arranged.

Special Analysis - Service Bureau Work
Our client service team is available to carry out analyses for clients who prefer not to undertake the task themselves. Whether your requirements are for a straightforward crosstab or for an inventive media schedule, we will carry out the work quickly, reliably and cost efficiently.
